A NOTE ON YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, at the desk.

Updated 31 October 2026

Letterdesk is a Devbop project. This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used. For questions about your enquiry or a request to access, correct or delete it, contact kiltram@gmail.com.

What you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, role or specialism, package interest and content goals. You can optionally share your LinkedIn profile URL. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential client details.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss a potential working relationship. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry information.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database through ChatGPT Sites. Access is restricted to the site owner and authorized service tools. The website does not expose a public enquiry list.

The site owner may use ChatGPT to review enquiries and receive summaries when a new enquiry arrives. If email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are also sent through Resend to the site owner's inbox. Email delivery is optional and an enquiry is saved even if a notification cannot be delivered.

Spam prevention

We validate submissions and apply short-term request throttling. For this purpose, we keep a hashed, time-bounded identifier derived from the request address. We do not store raw IP addresses in the enquiry record. Hosting providers may separately process technical request information needed to operate and protect their services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while responding to your request and considering the proposed work. You can ask us to delete an enquiry using the address above. If we begin working together, any additional handling of client material will be agreed separately.

Cookies and external services

Letterdesk includes no advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request information needed to deliver them. ChatGPT Sites may use platform cookies for site access and owner authentication.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank, contact us directly by email, or ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. We use your email address to respond to the request.
